This year’s summer league opens on the 21st April at New Ellerby (Railway Inn) with a seven o’clock start for the first five miles of the summer league.  Events follow every fortnight at Sproatley (6m), East Park (4m), Leven (10k), Sproatley (7m), Coniston (10k), Skirlaugh (8m) and Hedon (4m) with the usual end of league celebration at the Haven Arms.

Individual, team, veteran and handicap prizes will be awarded.

Please remember that all races barring the first start at 7:15 pm.

The Children’s Fun Run will once again be held in East Park before the league four miler, starting at 6:30 on the 19th May.  Entry costs just £2 and the course is approximately 2.2k.

Entries for the handicap league must be recieved by the handicapper by Thursday 16th April to be included in the competition for the first race.

Cost of entry is £24 for UKA Athletes; £30 Unattached.  Entries will be accepted ‘on the night’ at  £5/6 UKA or unattached respectively and will not be eligible for any handicap prizes.
